Involve Your Kids in Your Workout
The pools may not be open, but there are still tons of ways to add fun projects your kids will want to do. At the end of the day, being active isn’t just for grownups! Here are a selection of our preferred fun (and free!) ways your family can get together:

- Play frisbee out of your house in the sunshine (hello Vitamin D!)
- Take a break for a bike ride or roller skate expedition
- Form a floral arrangement with your outdoor blooms

With the kiddos out of school, hectic days working from home, and almost endless household chores, keep your meals easy this summer.
