Farrell's Waite Park is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the value of nutrition since our initial 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to improved results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much contradictory information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods simple. With our proven nutrition plans, you always feel satisfied because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we outline the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We explain to you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the difference in your body and mind that only nourishing food can deliver.

We individualize your plan to meet your specific needs and goals. You won’t feel restricted. You can still go out to eat, and you can still eat the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your optimal food choices are in any circumstance. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can have some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be accessible to reply to questions and give you guidance. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always discover delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you full in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Meal Planning from Farrell's 

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at each meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to support you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and document them for success.

Don’t sweat it if being prepared isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include clear instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be whole without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adjustable. Follow them as written or switch it up to fit your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals each day for a whole week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or everyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling satisfied after a meal?
